You complete your evaluation with Clara first, then invite your partner via email. Your partner receives a link to complete their own independent evaluation. Once both are done, Clara generates a Combined Brief comparing both perspectives across all 6 dimensions.
Can my partner see my answers?
No. Individual answers are never shared between partners. The Combined Brief analyzes patterns and alignment levels, but it does not reveal specific responses. Both partners see the same combined report.
Does my partner have to pay?
No. Both evaluations are completely free. Your partner doesn't need an account to start — they can create one when they click the invitation link.
How long does the whole process take?
Each evaluation takes about 10 minutes. Your partner can complete theirs at any time — there's no deadline. The Combined Brief is generated automatically once both evaluations are complete.
What if my partner doesn't complete their evaluation?
You still keep your individual Decision Brief regardless. You can send a reminder or cancel the invitation at any time from your dashboard.
How is this different from a single evaluation?
A single evaluation gives you one perspective. A dual evaluation compares both perspectives, revealing alignment, blind spots, and areas where you see things differently. The Combined Brief includes radar charts, alignment scores, and conversation starters that aren't available in a single evaluation.
Can I do a dual evaluation with more than one partner?
Each dual evaluation is between two specific partners. If you have multiple partners, you can start separate evaluations for each partnership.
